the 9th Circuit Federal Court of Appels says Terms of Service Agreement is Ok to break

You know that long paragraph that  you never read but have to agree to whenever your iTunes updates or you install a new program on your computer. Well that is what is known as a Terms of Service Agreement and usually is just some rules put in place about the programs and basically by clicking accept you are singing a digital contract that is legally binding. Well the 9th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals if you break this legal contract you are good. No need to fear the mighty fist of Apple cause it is not a crime to break these terms. Now part of the argument was that when a minor uses Google or people share Facebook passwords the government would have to prosecute but these infractions are so minor that it would be impossible to enforce. So feel free to click “I Agree” without the fear of the man coming down on you.
