A study done at the University of Pennsylvania determined that the movie snack that makes your hands buttery and  gets stuck in that one spot in your teeth is actually not as bad for you as people think. It was found that is actually has  antioxidants. More than most fruit or vegetables. The husks actually have a lot of antioxidants and fiber. It is 100% unprocessed whole grain. Of course there is still a difference in what you eat. Try for the air poped popcorn as the microwave kind have twice as many calories .
